Beliefs

  • There is only one God, whom Yeshua revealed as his Father.
  • The complete Bible, Genesis through Revelation, is reliable for truth.
  • The spirit of God, the Father, conveys instruction (i.e., torah) through the Bible, directing believers to know what’s right, and also providing encouragment for them to live that way.
  • Yeshua is the son of God, the Anointed One (the Messiah) prophesied in the Hebrew scriptures (the Tenakh, or “Old Testament”).
  • Yeshua came to reveal the kingdom of God to his people, Israel, and to deliver them from the coming judgment upon their nation. Though he was rejected by their leaders, his death and resurrection provided the means for him to reign spiritually as a king over this kingdom.
  • Yeshua’s reign was established in the first century, when he sat down at the right hand of the Father. This is not a physical kingdom as we would imagine one here on earth. However it is just as real (even more so) and is a collective of believers joined together in being lights of righteousness, based on the torah (instruction) of God, in a contrary world.
  • Through his believers in every generation, this kingdom of God continues to expand to all nations. This kingdom shall never end.
  • The “last days” spoken of throughout the writings of the apostles were the last days of national Israel and the Aaronic/Levitical priesthood. Those last days took place in the forty years between the crucifixion and resurrection of Messiah and the destruction of Jerusalem in A.D. 70. We are not currently living in any last days prophesied in the Bible.
